Dear Leader,
While that headline may sound negative, it is not intended to
be. The reality is that everyone who succeeds on any scale
has help.
Whether it is a business partner, an experienced mentor, a trusted
family member, or a mastermind group, successful people
know the value of getting good advice.
The reality is those who have succeeded have always benefited
from the wisdom of others. As someone once said: One
should make every effort to learn from mistakes of others—you
don't have time to make them all yourself . . .
If you are like many small business leaders, professionals, and
non-profit executives, then you know what it is like to wrestle
with a decision and wonder where you can get help. You understand
the challenge of working alone and you know what it feels like
to use all the knowledge and experience you have, but still not
be able to come up with the solution.
Chances are good that there have been more than a few times in
your life when you didn’t even start a new project, because you
felt you couldn’t accomplish successfully. When all you really
lacked . . . was someone to listen to your idea, help you develop
it, and direct you to the resources you needed to make it happen.
And that is why I started offering coaching programs to my clients
over a decade ago…
I help people become better leaders, and get better results.
It’s that simple.
The reality is that sometimes all that stands between
you and your next major success is a bit of new perspective .
. . a few probing questions . . . or someone to hold you accountable.
At other times, the only thing that stops you from starting
is not being able to have someone objective hear your idea and
offer feedback—someone who believes, as you do, in possibilities
and results!
I want to be that person for you.
“But wait,” you say. “I am a good leader, why should I seek advice
from someone else who cannot possibly understand my situation
as well as I do?”
Well, you just answered your own question, didn’t you?
Think about it. The real innovations usually come from people
who are outside of the industries where they succeed…
Why? Because people outside the industry, people who spend their
time working in several industries, are not bound by “it’s always
been done this way” mentality that people in the industry rely
upon. People in the thick of a situation are usually too wrapped
up in the solutions that are always supposed to work, and often
do, assuming you are willing to accept routine, marginal, or mediocre
outcomes.
But if you’ve read this far, you want more than that . . .
You want to be a leader of significance—one who takes
things to the next level. The kind of leader that creates the
kind of massive impacts that are not envisioned by the average
person. I can help you do exactly that. As your coach,
I can help you become what you are truly capable of being.
As your personal success coach, I will: guide you along the path
to discovering your true potential; give you an outside unbiased
perspective on the issues you are wrestling with each day; and,
most importantly, help you implement the system you need to do
more and achieve more with each successive initiative.
OK, let me not belabor the issue further. If you are seriously
considering a coach to help you reach the next level of success,
the last thing you want to do is read about it—you are ready to
get started.
Please review the three options below, and decide which one is
right for you. I’m looking forward to working with you to help
you achieve your success!
